Honestly not a Robot! is an ongoing webcomic
following the everyday trials of staff members
working at Damnsons, a local premium supermarket.

It is no secret that juggling awkward customers,
co-worker squabbles and impractical management dogma
is a delicate balance to maintain even for seasoned staff;

so how will how will a completely inexperienced newbie like Ash cope?

*Based on true stories from my previous career

This story is not just for anyone who has worked in a supermarket,
but for those who has ever shopped at one.

The comic is set in a general “UK” area so not all scenarios will seem familiar
yet I hope the daily lives of those in my comic will resonate in some way.

Each country has their own “supermarket culture”
so I will leave notes for particular “Britishisms” where applicable.
(I have heard that many stores in some countries do not have open food sections for example.)

Started in 2018, the comic is constantly growing over the years as I write and draw it!
