Ash leans back in his chair as the computer continues on. He slumps forward, thinking intensely. "Good gravy! I hear so many tales about retail and crappy customers these days.... I'm not sure if I could with that level of hostility every day... is it really that easy to please people by folloiwing some basic script?! The stories can't be overly dramatic for the sake of just entertainment?"
Ash leans back again, with a bolt of "Wait! Maybe Kevin used the script! He's an experienced manager so he's got the knack for it!"
Ash leans back and pulls a disgusted face. "If it's just bad luck my "first customer" was so.... uuuuUUuugh"
He then lightens up, enthusiastically going back to his training quizes.
"Then with time and experience I too should get better at it! Well then! Nothing changes by fretting about it now! I'll tackle whatever happens later when it happens."
