I am so sorry Non native English speakers. I am also sorry as a native speaker who had to decipher the ticket descriptions on products a LOT. But I’ll spare you those finer details of ticket number management. (it was dull)

"Right, done!" Ash has a moment of peace as he finishes ticketing.
Flori appears behind Ash's back as he's kneeling down. "Did you call me?"
Spooked, Ash turns to the towering figure to say "Oh yeah, I had a weird ticket but I think I sorted it now!"
Flori leans forward to look at the cake. "Let me see."
She picks up the two tickets, then turns to Ash. "that's a red flower iced cake. NOT a white iced flower cake."
Ash looks at the cake. "Ok?"
After a pause, Ash nervously chuckles "What's the difference?!"
Flori shows him the ticket. "Go by the serial numbers."
Ash says "Right."
Flori's reflection in the display counter glass points to Ash's display of cakes. She states "Whilst you have kept the rest of the section tidy, I do have some advice on how you have set up your display."
Ash agrees with "Oh! Go for it! I'm willing to learn!"
