Kevin's face falls as he looks up from his tablet.
"Hmmm. yes. That’s not exactly great, is it?"

Damian awkwardly scratches his head. "I don't know about the rest of the week, but last night we mostly threw out a big pile of stewing beef that had to go. Some roasting joints, and some tiffin, and loads of bread and-"

Kevin firmly interupts. "Which lines of bread."
Damian looms awkward again. "I dunno. Didn't write them off."
Kevin continues. "And you don't know about the other days."

Damian looks sheepishly and thinks "Is it gonna get me in trouble if I say no?"
Kevin puts his ipad to Damian, which is full of charts and graphs.
"Don’t you have access to the wastage report? It is useful for comparing what we do and don't sell overall instead of focusing on a single day. It’s open for anyone with a log in to look at. You have a log in don’t you?"

Damian responds with "Yes! I do have that!"

Kevin looms behind the screen of his tablet, the glow of the report table from the screen casting shadow on Kevin's face.
"Then you can check out the reports(!)"
