She firmly states "It may the correct way but when you're spending three times as long to clean something with broken equipment, it's not only a waste of time bit never fixes the probably in the first place."
Ash meanwhile is on the other side of the rotisserie ovens. He overhears CJ.
"If the bosses want me to do it "correctly" then they can give us working equipment. Otherwise we get it done this way or not at all!"
Damian can be heard sighing. "CJ Just... keep it in mind, alright?"
Damian leaves the prep room with a darkened grumpy expression. his head screams with self loathing. The hand of Ash reaches out and gently touches his elbow as he asks "Damian? You ok man? Go have your break already."
