The next shift: Ash ponders to himself whilst looking at out of date stock. "I should say something to Flori about this."
Flori looks intimidating to Ash. The cake ends up in the bin.
The shift after that: Ash holds more dated stock. He looks at Flori. The cakes end up in the bin.
And the one after: Ash nervously approaches CJ in the evening shift. "CJ can you mention to someone about Flori ignoring the reductions and all the waste and-"
Cj cuts him off with a sharp "Don't deflect this onto me, you're the one who works with her! not me!"
"If it keeps happening, why not mention it to Kevin? It's like, his job."
Ash fiddles with his fingers. "Kevin's not in tonight so um...."
CJ scoffs, then puts more food into the waste bin. "Is he ever? Kevin is never around in the evening to tell!
What can we do right now? You'll just have to catch him if he is around in the day when you are."
Ash fiddles with his fingers again and lets a begrudging groan.
