Ash straightens his tie on a new day of Monday afternoon.
"Ok let's see how today goes."
Flori is cheerful and greeting a customer. her expression freezes into a stern sneer as she spots the approaching Ash who is waving at her with a gentle "Hi Flori! How are you today-".
She points and barks at him "ASH. The rota says you're on deli!"
Frozen by the immediate outburst, his thoughts reel "Wait, deli? I don't-"
Flori continues, pointing away from the counter. "And they could use you over there NOW."
Before ash can respond, Flori flips to hand a customer a box; smile beeming politely from her face. "here are your eclairs! Anything else today, my dear?"
The customer politely says "No thanks. Cheers" before leaving, as Flori pleasantly remarks with "You're welcome! Hope you enjoy them!"
Quick as a flash she turns back to Ash and yell him with a "WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?" which causes Ash to back away from the counter in distress.
