Yes I had to learn both measurements. If i have time in come (And it isn’t boring) i might one chapter mention the laminated cheat sheet that we used for people like me who had no idea what pounds or ounces were and needed to convert them on the fly.

Turning red in embarrassment, Ash scrubs the boards faster.
Time passes as the coworker wraps and prices up many customers orders.
Meanwhile, Ash is slowly trying to wrap used pieces of cheeses in cling film and label them. He is very confused. The coworker turns to him and asks: “How's it going over there?”
Ash picks a label and puts it on a cheese, stating “It's...Going!”
