And I’m back! Thank you for your patience and I hope everyone had a safe and decent Christmas/holiday time to close out the year.

Yes It’s a Tuesday! Well the pages coming up work nicely as short bites so you can get two updates per week for this stretch! Tuesday then the usual Friday!

We’re back in the shoes of Damian as he’s now changed his apron (after wearing it for all of five minutes) and about to properly start his shift behind the meat and fish counters. We shall see how many more “bingo” checks he can go through for the rest of the day…

Damian washes his hands, a song lingering in his head. He is wringing his wet hands as he lets loose a little sigh that flips his loose fringe from his eyes.

He starts moving past Tina, who is smiling and asking him if he feels "better", to which he smirks with a "yeah"
Alexis and Tina beam with a message of "Good!"

Damian is doing the drying up of utensils with his back to everyone as two elderly customers approach behind him. A black woman and a white man in roughly their 80s. The Elderly woman smiles gentley as she walks forward with her walking stick, wearing wide brimmed glasses tucked under her curly afro peppered with white hair strands. He massive white parka coat stands out with red scarf and matching gloves. Her husband wear a cap and green jacket with dark blue accents, his expression jovial, the lines of his face matching the angle of his smile. They both look completely different and yet completely matching at the same time. This is absolutely their usual outfits.
They chime together with a "Mornin’ all!"

Damian thinks to himself "The two elderlies in at 8am Friday: check."
