If Tina and Alexis were being chatty before, in Damian's world, everything is silent. Using some blue scissors he cuts out the organs of the fish. Placing the aside, he begins to work along the spine of the fish, placing his filleting knife between the fillet and the spine and cleanly slicing along. He then uses the tip of the blade to separate the fillet from the spine along the rip cage.
